  • Email campaign creation and management
  • Contact list management with CSV import
  • Domain management with DNS verification (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Automated email warm-up over 4 weeks
  • Email analytics (opens, clicks, bounces)
  • Team collaboration features

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account using Google OAuth
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have the authority to bind your organization (if applicable)
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Send emails to purchased or rented lists
  • Send emails without valid consent from recipients
  • Distribute malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Email Sending Requirements

When sending emails through our Service, you must:

  • Have valid consent from all recipients
  • Include a clear unsubscribe mechanism
  • Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
  • Include accurate sender information and physical address
  • Not use deceptive subject lines
  • Comply with all applicable email marketing laws

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Pricing Plans

We offer Free, Starter, and Pro subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan and are detailed on our pricing page.

6.2 Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by One. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your content (email templates, contact lists, etc.) but grant us a license to use it solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BACKANT SEND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that emails sent through our Service will be delivered.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
